The client was looking for help to identify opportunities for more effectively delivering change in their Security and Resilience function.
My Role
I identified and organised a series of client interviews to baseline the as is of how the client delivered change.
We formulated our findings around a framework of technology, vision and strategy, organisation and culture and Agile best practice, to assess the maturity and structure of the clients change function.
Outcomes
Our report evaluated the clients ability to deliver change within their security function and recommended a series of changes to improve end to end ownership and velocity. We suggested a reorganisation of their value streams to focus on services and improved clarity around product ownership, roles and responsibilities, bringing change and run closer together.
