Getting to know you

Bruce Tuckman's forming-storming-norming-peforming model proposes that all these stages were necessary and essential to team development and function.

After working on multiple projects in fairly fluid teams, we noticed how this fluidity and change made Bruce Tuckman's team development model fairly cyclical.

Loss or addition of team members meant we moved out of the performing or norming stages and back into forming or storming.

To combat this we employed user manuals which helped accelerate through the forming and storming stages into team performance.

I've gone and created a Notion template so that others can do the same.
